It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr Fred Lane, our founder and Chairman.  Mr Lane has been a key figure and an inspirational leader within the electronics distribution industry for nearly 60 years.  He will be greatly missed by the Directors and staff at Slinfold Lodge along with many in the industry. 

We extend our deepest sympathies to his wife Rosemary Lane and his family at this sad time.

We provide customers with next day availability of products from our extensive stock or via our rapid VAD assembly capability.

We support build programs by forward ordering and managing large stocks of interconnection products for call off delivery, ship-to-line, contract builds or kitting, as required by the customer.

We invest in an expert team of staff to provide Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Assembly and Logistics and offer no MOQ or MOV on stocked items.

With the resources of Weald Electronics available to us on site, we additionally offer in house design, prototyping, testing and manufacture of special products and also other value added services.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our founder and Chairman Mr Frederick Lane. Fred Lane was a key figure and inspirational leader within the Electronics Distribution Industry for nearly 60 years. He will be greatly missed by the directors and all staff at FC Lane Electronics, Lane Motorsport and Weald Electronics, the group of companies he led. We all extend our deepest sympathy to his wife and family at this sad time.
