Moulded shapes are available as individual components, with both adhesive-lined and plain versions held in stock. Alternatively, they can be supplied as part of a complete connector solution assembled to order by Lane Electronics’ sister company Weald Electronics.

Stocked HellermannTyton moulded shape series

• 150 Series – bottle-shaped, straight heatshrink boots with rib (VG style), ideal for strain relief and sealing.
• 1100 Series – 90-degree / right-angle boots with rib (VG style), designed for compact harness routing.
• 100 Series – straight, bottle-shaped boots with rib (MIL style), suitable for aerospace and defence applications.

SE28 series: elastomeric heatshrink tubing for high-performance sectors

HellermannTyton SE28 series heatshrink tubing is increasingly specified by designers in high-performance applications. It helps protect cables and harnesses from mechanical damage such as abrasion and resists a wide range of destructive fluids, including diesel, aviation fuels and fluids found in hydraulic systems. Made from cross-linked elastomer, SE28 offers a wide operating temperature range of -75°C to +150°C.
