Lane Motorsport’s Booth Proves Popular at Autosport Engineering 2019
From the 10th until the 13th of January, Lane Motorsport exhibited at this year's Autosport Engineering show at Birmingham’s NEC, where it's safe to say our booth attracted a lot of interest for our motorsport connectors and connector accessories. As usual, we were promoting a comprehensive electronic interconnection package centred on Souriau’s 8STA connector series and a broad range of accessories made by HellermannTyton and Weald Electronics.
Making it's show debut was HellermannTyton’s SE28 Series heat shrink tubing, an exact replacement for DR-25 tubing. The tubing protects against mechanical damage as well as resisting destructive fluids such as diesel and aviation fuels and those found in hydraulic systems. It has an operating temperature range of -75ºC up to +150ºC making the tubing ideal for applications across most motorsport platforms.
Although we showed a variety of standard products, visitors were interested in our ability to assemble and test Souriau circular connectors from our extensive stock of 8STA piece parts and accessories. This means we can tailor connector solutions to meet exact customer requirements on very short delivery times.
