DVD2024 – the Defence Industry Exhibition
We are returning to DVD2024, on September 18th and 19th at the Millbrook Proving Ground in Bedfordshire. DVD2024 is an ideal exhibition to showcase our extensive portfolio of robust and waterproof connectors for defence and harsh industrial applications. We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to our stand where a comprehensive array of display samples and technical documentation will be available to consider.
The DVD2024 event is where industry and the Defence Land Equipment sector meet for two days of coordinated engagement through informal discussions, briefings, demonstrations and displays.
Jointly sponsored by Defence Equipment & Support (Land Equipment) and Army Headquarters, DVD2024 provides opportunities for industry and key MOD stakeholders to discuss ‘Battle Winning Ideas’, resilience and collaboration, delivering increased capability and the ability to exploit innovation.
We will be using DVD2014 to introduce Cinch Connectivity Solution’s Fibreco® High Performance Fibre-Optic Connectors. Visitors will be able to see the recently introduced JUNIOR connector, now stocked as the latest introduction to their comprehensive range of high-performance expanded beam fibre optic connectors and deployable cable assemblies.
Other products on display at DVD include:
- A comprehensive range of EATON Souriau circular Military-style connectors, covering COTS and full QPL release to MIL-DTL-D38999 series I and III along with the high-power, ELIO fibre-optic and filtered derivatives.
- EATON Souriau 8STA series motorsport-proven connector now being used in many defence-related applications where weight, size and reliability are critical.
- Weald Electronics’ extended range of robust circular connectors, metal dust caps and connector backshells. DVD2024 is jointly sponsored by Defence Equipment and Support (Land Equipment) organisation and Army Headquarters, the MOD teams responsible for equipping and supporting the UK’s Armed Forces for current and future operations. It brings together the armed forces and the accredited defence industry with the acquisition community and provides visitors with a unique opportunity to learn about, discuss and experience the equipment and support that is critical to the success of the UK’s armed forces.
Attendance at DVD2024 is restricted to MOD/UKGOV personnel, exhibitors’ guests, media and other invited visitors.
