Sponsored Rider Sam Osborne Finds Going Challenging at Oulton Park

Following a crash earlier this month at Snetterton, our sponsored racer Sam Osborne considered himself lucky to be able to get to, let alone ride at, Oulton Park. There was nothing wrong with his bike when he crashed, but he fractured his L3 (a vertebra located in the lower back portion of the spinal column) – ouch!!
A Great Opening Weekend for Sam Osborne at Donington

This season's first event at Donington was declared "a great success" by our sponsored rider, Sam Osborne. After an excellent early season practice and with some key modifications to his Suzuki, including the addition of suspension components by the leading Italian manufacturer Mupo, Sam was confident that he could compete on equal terms with the leading riders in the field at the season's opening race day.

Sam Osborne, Lane Motorsport’s sponsored bike rider, claims not to like Snetterton, venue for the latest round of Thundersport 600 Sportsman races but, this year his test day went really well and he felt really good from the get go. Sam and his team had a good suspension setup and he was able to hit all his markers.

Now, Sam is on course to return to racing in 2017 and will compete on a bigger bike.
