Our sponsored biker Sam Osborne is all set to return to racing this season after missing most of last year. His chance of a competitive season in the upcoming Thundersport GB GP1-Sportsman class has been give a massive boost with the purchase of a new bike.

You may remember that our sponsored bike rider Sam Osborne had to stop racing just after the season’s start last year after being diagnosed with Post-Concussion Syndrome. He sustained a head injury during a crash at a testing session at the end of 2015, the consequences of which only became apparent a few months later. Now, Sam is on course to return to racing in 2017 and will compete on a bigger bike.

After just three rounds of the 2016 Thundersport GB Series, our sponsored rider Sam Osborne has been forced to pull out of future events and put his racing career on hold.

A first in class, a second in class and two top ten finishes overall represents a fantastic start to the 2016 season by our sponsored Thundersport 600 Sportsman competitor Sam Osborne. 24-year-old Sam, who rides for the leading tuning and racing team MSG Racing, modestly described the first race weekend of the season at Brands Hatch as a “testing weekend with extreme conditions... but I am very happy to get my first win of the season and put some points on the board”.

Successful off-season practice and testing as well as a bike that “promises to give a few more mph” all suggest that Thundersport 600 Sportsman competitor Sam Osborne is set to have a great year. 24-year-old Sam, who rides for the leading tuning and racing team MSG Racing, is also sponsored by The Motorsport Division of Lane Electronics.
