ELIO FIBRE OPTIC CABLE ASSEMBLIES

Lane Electronics’ 1300ft² fibre optic assembly facility is qualified to produce fibre optic cable assemblies based on the industry leading Souriau 8D/D38999 ELIO high-performance fibre optic system. Applications for these high quality ELIO pigtails and patchcords include aerospace and military systems as well as those where high data rates and the need to save weight is important.

Lane offers simplex or duplex cables terminated with ELIO to ELIO, ELIO to SC, LC, FC or ST - or any combination - and then assemble them with 8D Series / MIL-DTL-38999 style connectors, back shells and heat shrink boots.

Lane Electronics can supply these 8D Series / MIL-DTL-38999 connector platforms with 1 to 24 contacts in a wide variety of shell materials and finishes. These can include aluminium, composite, stainless steel & bronze with different plating finishes including RoHS Compliant Zinc Nickel & Zinc Cobalt.
