The Neutrik etherCON is a rugged ethernet connector system with quick-connect and secure locking. The connector carrier quickly converts standard pre-assembled RJ45 connectors into a rugged system for harsh environments while adding additional sealing and cable strain relief, preventing breakage of the otherwise fragile components of standard RJ45 connectors. The rugged materials, the secure quick-connect and the additional environmental protection makes this an interesting option for more demanding applications in Industrial, Defence and Medical equipment markets.
