Carriage and Packing

At Lane Electronics we strive to provide the best service and value for money as possible. As part of this we maintain a fair and cost effective approach to carriage and packing charges in line with that which we would hope to enjoy ourselves. This is coupled with our policy of making no charge for our certificates of conformity, having no minimum order charge and in most instances dispatching stock items on the day of order.

England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

As stated on our Quotations and Acknowledgments, we publish the details below on our web site as it would be impossible to accurately determine the final charges until any resulting order was delivered in its entirety. We charge for packing and standard delivery per consignment and the cost is based on the goods value before VAT* and is in accordance with the following table. This scale of charges will not apply to carriage inclusive orders or to non standard deliveries.

Export Orders:

Charges for exporting goods worldwide will be passed on at cost. Costs can only be established after packing when the final weight and volume can be determined. The charges will be clearly itemised on any export invoice unless the shipping is effected by the customers nominated agent and subsequently charged directly to their account.
